• Reservations cancelled more than four days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
  
• Reservations cancelled four days or less prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
  
• A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed and if changed more than four days prior to arrival.
  
• A $75 change fee applies if changed four days or less prior to arrival.
  
• A credit card imprint is required at check in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
  
• No refund will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
